Our warranty covers all products against manufacturing defects, shipping damage, and missing components. That included all game components such as cards, miniatures, books, and boards.
The warranty does not cover damage that was a result of improper use or normal wear and tear as well as light cosmetic dents and scratches if the damage doesn’t affect gameplay.
We cannot offer replacements of boxes, inserts, and trays, and damage to game boxes is assessed on a case-to-case basis and, in some cases, might qualify for a partial refund depending on the damage. Please note that small dents, scratches, and minor cosmetic imperfections may not qualify for compensation if the damage doesn’t affect storage.
All eligible products are covered by a 24-month warranty, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty only applies to games purchased directly from us through Gamefound, Kickstarter, GameFlight, or aeontrespass.com. Products obtained through unauthorized sellers, third-party marketplaces, or second-hand are not eligible unless the original backer or purchaser contacts us. Proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility.
If any components arrive faulty, damaged, or missing, we will arrange replacements where possible. Depending on the case, we may request additional information or ask for the defective items to be returned. scription

As we offer ‘no questions asked’ refunds up until the shipping date of our products, you absolutely qualify. The refunds are usually processed within 2 weeks, so you should receive your refund within this timeframe.
In case of a refund, there are additional processing costs of 10%. If you agree to these terms, please either send a message to support@itustudio.com or use the form on this page.
Include your order ID, the project name, and the email address linked to your pledge.
We’ll check the status of your shipment(s) to confirm that you’re eligible for a refund. After that, we can begin processing your refund. -
If your product has arrived broken or missing components, please either send a message to support@itustudio.comor use the form on this page.
Include pictures of the problem, as well as your order ID, the project name and the email address linked to the purchase.
Please note: we do not offer replacements for boxes and game inserts. -
If you’d like to request an address change, please send an email to support@itustudio.com or use the form at the bottom of the site with the following information:
- new address
- project name
- order ID
- email address linked to your pledge -
If the game is shown as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend waiting for 1-2 days to see if it turns up. If it still hasn’t been delivered, please file a claim with the postal service and use the below form or send an email to support@itustudio.com

Item If your order arrived with severe damage, please take photos of the shipping box with the shipping label clearly visible before opening it, and file a claim with the delivery company as soon as possible. Damage of this kind is often covered by the delivery company. Additionally, please inform us of the situation either by using the form below or emailing support@itustudio.com

You're propably not missing anything: that space is reserved for an addon Titan called the Skyseer.
During the first printing of the game, we only had a single expansion, so we made a special place for it in the box.
